The Aimer Group provides construction and property maintenance services for property managers, asset managers, and property preservation clients including but not limited to: unit turns, painting and drywall, roofing services, roof inspections, roof repairs, roof replacements, flooring, property preservation, tenant buildouts, landscaping, and related construction services. Services are available in the United States where permitted by applicable law.

1.4 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

1.5 Service Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are subject to final inspection and may be adjusted based on actual conditions discovered during the inspection or work process. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

1.6 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We may offer financing options through third-party providers. Any financing is subject to credit approval and the terms of the financing provider.

The Aimer Group operates nationally. If you access our services from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where we operate.

This consent includes but is not limited to messages regarding: quote information, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, project status notifications, and customer service communications.

Message frequency varies based on your project status and communication needs. You may receive multiple messages per week during active projects. Message frequency may increase during appointment scheduling or service delivery periods.

3.3 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages sent and received. Please consult your mobile service provider for details regarding your messaging plan.

3.4 How to Opt-Out

You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time. To stop receiving text messages from The Aimer Group, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send you a final confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of text messages will not affect other communications from us.
